How it works

We compute your contribution margin per order — what's left after COGS, shipping, payment processing, and other variable costs.

Breakeven ROAS = AOV divided by contribution margin. Spend exactly the contribution margin on CAC and you make $0.

Target ROAS pushes the math further: it returns the ROAS you need to hit a chosen net margin on every order, so you protect profit while you scale.
